Return Policy

At circlemoons.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please read the following guidelines before making a return:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return.
3. Click on the “Refund” button next to the item.
4. Fill out the refund form, including the reason for the return, your IBAN number, the name of the account holder, and the name of the bank if the item was purchased with cash on delivery.
5. Submit the form and wait for a response from our customer service team.

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If you paid by cash on delivery, we will refund you via bank transfer to your IBAN number.

Send the parcel by courier to the address: Cosmopolis, Centura București, Ilfov, Ștefăneștii de Jos, Romania, N25C1 02. Please specify the order number on the parcel.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Also the initial shipping cost for the delivery of the order is not refundable.

WARNING! Custom products ordered are not returnable.
